FUN FACT: Soon to be ex-police chief Mark Kroeker suggests that the fatal shooting of Kendra James was due to officer McCollister's "tactical considerations" being "improper". The police union, believing a six month suspension too severe, says that suspension will cause the shooter "financial devastation". The father of the deceased expects to be filing a wrongful-death claim against the city and the police.
