New Section: Cartoon contest.
The trouble with how much talent lives in Portland is finding a way to give it a platform. Jason Filler is an amazing visual artist who has contributed the cartoon you see below. The question now is how do we make it relate to music?
That's where you come in. We need you to write a story for this cartoon. By the looks of it there's a UFO, an alien, a basement workshop and some SE Hawthorne porch. Can you give the cartoon a title and music-related narrative? The winner will get an MLP t-shirt or local artist or comp cd.
