Yo. I'm reading the June issue and there is music you speak of that I want to hear. Where can I go to find We're From Japan and other albums you review? Why doesn't it say?
Thanks.
-I need music

Ed- Contacting We’re From Japan is easily done. Send correspondence to mcintyrebrian@msn.com, and the friendly and informative Brian will direct your call. As far as us printing the places you can find the albums we review, that’s a good idea. We’ll do that.

Hi, just picked up a copy of your fine publication at Ozone. Very nice interviews with Dave Allen and Sean Flora. It is nice to see a Portland music magazine that doesn't waste time on a lot of inbred, irrelevant dookie that no one cares about...I'm not naming names, but you know who your "competition" is.
I am a Portland-based music, entertainment and art attorney. Just wondering if you ever need or want articles (or advice) on music-related legal topics. If you are interested, I could even do an "ask the attorney"-type column - knowledge about important legal topics (copyrights, contracts, publishing, etc.) is often lacking in the music community and there is a lot of incorrect information circulating out there as well.

Kind regards,
-Peter Vaughan Shaver. Esq.

Ed- Thanks Peter. In regards to our “competition,” they are fine publications for what they offer. Since we are doing something that they are not, however, we’re not exactly competing with them.
Oh, by the way, check out Peter’s new column, Sound Advice.

Dear Music Liberation Project,
You reviewed a band called The Pennsyltucky Takeover in your April 2003 issue. The review was funny and good. Since the reviewer lost all the band’s info, I thought I’d provide you guys with the web site:

Thanks again for reviewing the group.
Sincerely,
-Dave Kierniesky
